Like for timed exercise intervals mixed with cardio sprints for distance.** A: Hello. No, you can only operate one mode at a time. **Q: What is the maximum time the stopwatch will count up to? Does it do count up and count down?** A: Counts down from 99:59 and stopwatch function counts up to 99:59. **Q: Can you have two different alarm types? One 2sec beep when starting and 10sec vibrate for the rest time? And back to 2sec beep for worktime** A: The alarm options are beep, vibrate or a combination of both. However in answer to your question, no you can only set one alarm type per program. **Q: I'm wondering if this works when you have say 45 sec with 10 second rest periods. You do this for say 4 reps. You want a 1 min rest then start again** A: You would have to set it up for 45 sec and 10 sec and 4 sets but it won't time the 1 min rest period.
