I could not use it because my cistern is already quite small and there was not room for the bag. **Q: Has any found this help with condensation? Inlet water is sooooo cold to our toilet** A: It's not meant to help with condensation! It's to cut down on the amount of water returning to the cistern after flushing, saving water. **Q: Surely placing a clean Brick into the cistern, would do the job?** A: It would seem so but it depends on the shape and size of the tank. Certainly reduces the amount of water being flushed, any less water and no.2's wouldn't flush cleanly away. Clips to side easily and the lid isn't lopsided. Some have complained that the bag punctures. The plastic seems robust enough and shouldn't puncture easily, although how it would puncture in a protected environment like a toilet cistern is beyond me.
