Will this be able to fit a wd my passport 4 tb portable hard drive (11 x 8.15 x 2.16 cm)?

The length is ok, the width is more than 8,5cm so i think you should be ok too. The 2.1cm thickness may be a bit tight for the rubber that holds the drive but it has plenty of space upwards as the case is split in 2 parts. Overall i believe it should be ok
