I like the smell, it’s gentle and very pleasant. Do not like perfumed creams for babies. I suffer with psoriasis and on the occasions I use the cream for my sores. It is making my skin more hydrated and less painful which is great. I also use it on my very dry and cracked hands. Both my children have quite sensitive skin and my daughter had a bad case of nappy rash following her jabs a few weeks ago. Sudocrem did nothing for the broken skin (apparently zinc oxide is not ideal for broken skin anyway) and Metanium (which is normally very good with bad cases), was stopping it getting any worse but not doing anything to heal it, I found that Bepanthen (and an older remedy called Fuller's Earth which is also worth a go) both worked as a barrier and was also excellent at promoting healing, which was what I needed at the time. The downside is that it doesn't feel like the tube will last very long.
