Like if you had a lot of liquid in there and had one in your bag on its side...** A: I always put them in a carrier bag to be safe, but yes if you put a salad in there and leave it on it's side for an hour or so; all the sauce builds up on one side and leaks minimally into the bag, it's moist but no major leaks as in sauce at the bottom of the carrier bag but you can definitely tell some has come out, hasn't stopped me from using them with fish or rice which don't contain too much sauce **Q: Can I put my left over Sunday roast in these and freeze them** A: Yes I put extra meals and freeze them then micro to heat up in same container **Q: Can you tell me what each section is for please.. E.G. is the big compartment for meats and the smaller ones for salad and vegetables?** A: Hi there! I put these through the dishwasher with ease *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2016* I purchased these containers as im on a strict carb cycling diet which requires eating 6 meals a day. I bought these to prep my meals for the week. They arrived neatly packed slotted inside each other with cellophane all the way around. They are black with a white/clear see through lid. They have 1 large compartment and 2 smaller ones so ideal for separating meats, nuts and veg or whatever else you choose.The best part about these is that they slot inside each other so they take up minimal room. I don't really have a lot of room in the kitchen so I'm always happy when I find items that pack away neatly. I put these through the dishwasher with ease, they don't ruin or warp. they state microwaveable but I haven't tried yet. When securing the lid make sure you follow it all the way round as I tried to press the lid down from the centre but broke it. I received these very quickly and ordered 2 sets, 14 in total.
