**Q: is this pot round?**
A: It is an oval pot, very lighweight. I find that to cook anything I must have it on high in order to have it cook for 8-9 hours. Medium is like a warming. Low....don't bother. I've only had it a few months and the LED lights are already going out on the display. I will be getting something else when soon, I'm sure.

**Q: Does anyone else’s make a clicking or popping sound when cooking? Mine does this every 30 seconds and it’s driving me insane!**
A: I reached out to Amazon today because I was having the same issue. They wanted to refund me but I was hesitant as I am really seeming to love this product. So I decided to reach out to the company. I spoke with a very helpful lady who assured me that this noise is perfectly normal and comes from the key pad/timer area located on the front of the item. It just has something to do with the cooking process and the timer and is nothing to worry about. So glad I checked into this before asking for a refund or replacement. I am looking forward to many delicious meals in this safer, healthier version of a crock pot.

Product doesn't mention it has a US plug. Nightmare trying to return. Requires extra copies of the returns info to be placed in plastic bags / outer clear envelopes (as going overseas). Wasn't told any of this when trying to return. If you're a busy person and / or don't have access to a range of returns options or can't get out easily then avoid buying this product.
