Vivenis Tub Spout

Love this faucet! It has a long neck which was perfect for our angled soaking tub layout... easy mounting and installation... great finish and the way the water aerates as it fills the tub is very cool. A+

This is an expensive tub spout. Very. You can get whole tubs for the price of this spout. So you need a worthy tub. You can't put this in just any fiberglass tub/surround.But if you have a worthy tub, in this spout you're getting as elegant and sophisticated a filler spout as exists. It's exceptionally good-looking: elegant, refined, beautiful.Crafted from a solid chunk of steel, this is a heavy spout. The flow is not circular, but ribbon-like. Comes with a circular escutcheon for the wall. Installed the two pieces look like one.Having begun by mentioning price, I'll end by speaking of quality. I'm a fan of hansgrohe bathroom accessories. They're beautifully finished and precisely made. hansgrohe is a luxury line of bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures majority owned by Masco Corporation (also owner of Delta, Peerless and Brito lines), and this is an exquisite bathroom set. You won't go wrong with hansgrohe--and if perchance you run into a problem, their warranty service is stellar and lifetime.

This tub spout is a significant upgrade to the standard builder-installed tub spout. It has an elegant look, and is very solid and heavy. It has a very high-quality feeling to it.However, installation in some cases may not be as easy as one might expect. In my case, I had a 1/2"x6" plastic nipple that was installed. The nipple went into the tiled wall about 1-1/2", and the rest protruded from the wall. The originalk tub spout screwed into the nipple.With the Hansgrohe tub spout, you have to install a fitting into the wall. The spout itself will attach to the fitting. The fitting is wider than the 1/2" nipple that was there, so I had to enlarge the hole, which had to be carefully done since it was ceramic tile and mortar. Once it is wide enough, the installation is straightforward. Attach the fitting to the pipe using a short nipple so that the fitting extends enough out of the wall for the flange and spout to attach, and tighten the set screw. The round flange trim is wide enough to cover the enlarged hole. I recommend using brass nipple rather than ABS, since the spout is heavy, and if you put any weight on the spout, like pushing down with your hand, an ABS nipple will probably break off.

This tub spout is gorgeous. I had it professionally installed as part of a bathroom remodel project. This tub spout felt heavy in my hands when I took it out of the box to inspect it. My contractor commented that he really liked this particular spout too. It has a really unique flat shape, but the still water flows well. I like that the water angles out of the spout instead of going straight down. This design prevents water from hitting the little knob that works my stopper plus water doesn't splash onto the tub edges. Note, there is no diverter built into this spout, so it's probably not the best pick if you have a tub/shower combo.Overall, I highly recommend this spout if you're looking for something unique. It's on the pricier side, but it looks gorgeous in my bathroom.

Even though almost all Hansgrohe (about 20 of them I ‘ve gotten so far) do come in distressed boxes because of poor packaging, the product itself was always not affected.This was the first one that came with a visible dent on it which was quite disappointing especially considering the price.I didn’t find out till later as I was holding onto it to install it at our vacation house.When my daddy opened it to install, he asked me what did I do to it lolWell, it’s just everytime I look at it… those dents bug me :(Vivenis' modern line is my favorite one from Hansgrohe, and the products have sleek, modern designs I love and outstanding performance.I am just a little sad it didn’t come in perfect condition.

Hans products are superb...the finish is amazing, and that is where the cost is...this tub spout looks amazing and is built rock solid, will last a life timeeasy to install, and has a great looking flow patternhighly recommended,

Absolutely beautiful. Simple and elegant. Just one look and you know this is a quality piece. Pick it up and you'll be surprised how heavy it is. This will require a diverter valve to direct water flow as it does not have a built in stopper to direct water to a shower head. A fantastic piece.

This tub spout is gorgeous. It’s very well made and we had no problems installing it. It gave a little extra ambience to our outdated tub! I definitely recommend it!!
