### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ cuts well in birch ply, MDF, poplar and hardyboard

Wanted to experiment with some different 1/8" shank upcut spiral bits. So far these have done pretty well in birch ply, poplar, hardyboard and MDF. The man-made materials will cause much more wear on the bits. But even after cutting up several template pieces from 1/2" MDF, I was still getting clean cuts in poplar which can tend to be a bit stringy and fuzzy with a dull bit. Bit diameter was right on the money for a 1/8" (3.175mm) cut.
