I've had this headset for one week, and it has been great. Used at work for hands-free calls, it has delivered reliable performance. Easy to follow set-up instructions - the headset was paired to my phone in about one minute on the first try. There are few buttons, making the device easy to learn and operate. The soft ear cushion is very comfortable, and I like having a headset that doesn't require insertion into the ear. The microphone boom rotates to easily accommodate either ear. The adjustable head piece makes it easy to find a comfortable fit. The included charging station plugs into a standard USB port on my computer and sits on my desk for quick access. When the headset sits in the charger cradle it automatically powers off, disconnecting from the phone - very convenient. The headset can also be charged using a type C USB cable. (not included) Noise cancellation filters my background office noises and music out of the phone conversation. This and the excellent sound quality have vastly improved the professionalism of my phone conversations as compared to using my phone alone. The included dongle allows connection directly to a PC. I have not tested this feature, but I can see the advantages of using this for online meetings or viewing training materials without disrupting nearby coworkers. The headset range is listed as 10 meters from the paired device. Charging time is listed at 1.5 hours. Working time is listed as 35 hours (using 70% volume) Net weight is listed as 107g Bottom line - Very happy with this device. Comfortable, easy to use, and good value.

I have had this Bluetooth headset for just over a week and used it every day with both my smartphone and laptop computer and I have come to depend on it and use it both in my home and in my car. I HIGHTLY recommend it if you are looking for a quality headset at a very reasonable price. I have had other headsets in the past that could not match the quality of sound, long battery life and comfort. My home is noisy almost all the time because of the large parrots we keep as pets. This headset keeps out all noise in my ear when on a call or listening to a video. Yes, there is still an ear that still hears the racket, but I can clearly hear everything through the covered ear. The fabric/material on the earpiece is very soft, comfortable, and completely blocks unwanted sound. Another thing I discovered is that the microphone on the swivel boom is small and very directional. Because of this it blocks out a lot of background noise. People that I talk with regularly told me that they hear much less noise. I didn't expect that and really enjoy that unreported feature. The same thing happens when driving. I was always getting a lot of background noise when talking on my smartphone speaker with the phone in a holder. No more. While I have tried the small in ear devices, background noise usually made me speak loudly to be heard. That is no longer a problem. Very long battery life along with a small charger stand is a definitely a plus. The earpiece on the headset fits nicely into the charger stand. You do NOT have to plug in a chord anymore. All in all, I consider this Bluetooth headset a real good choice for a very reasonable price. I have two grown children that work remotely from their homes who are constantly complaining about the discomfort of their earpieces. I will be ordering one of these for each of them as a very, very early holiday presents. You won't be disappointed.

I work from home as many do these days. I have tried and been disappointed in a number of different headsets over the last couple of years and this one is the best by far! The issues that I mostly faced were three fold: 1. Sounding as if I was in a tunnel. No matter how hard I would try, I was never able to correct the issue and always sounded cheap. 2. The sound canceling never seemed to work like it should have. But, my biggest pet peeve. 3. So many headsets out there are way too complicated to manipulate. During conversations. when I would attempt to adjust the volume or mute a conversation (or anything else for that matter) I would end up fumbling around trying to find the right button to push and the next thing you know, I'm calling my customer back and apologizing for accidentally hanging up on them, or apologizing for yelling at the barking dog in the background when I could have sworn that was the mute button I pushed! The Mopchnic from the day I received it has been a gem. The user instructions are very straight forward, brief and easy to read. The buttons are easy to locate and there is no echo on either end of the conversation. (Customers say it sounds just like I am on my handset) The range is surprisingly good, I have wandered away from my desk a few times without any interference or disconnections. The headset is sturdy, and comfortable. Pairing was easy and the headset locks into the charging station securely. You don't have to giggle it around to find the connection. The Mopchnic also comes equipped with a "Dongle" you can plug into your computer/laptop for Skype calls and Zoom meetings, again, very easy to use and reliable. To be honest, I was a little sceptical about the price. Promising big Dollar capabilities for a small price tag seemed a little too good to be true, but this headset delivered on all fronts. Would I buy this again? ABSOLUTELY!

This is a great headset. I use a softphone at work as well as am often on Teams or Zoom meetings. I love the freedom of a wireless headset to have my hands free without cords getting in the way of typing. It is also important that the sound is clear because clear sound conveys a more professional image. This headset works perfectly, and the sound quality is outstanding. I've had comments that people think I am on a handset for calls. I've also been impressed with the stability of the connection. I haven't had any difficulty using the headset or connecting it for calls or online meetings. Also, It will stay charged for an entire day without the need to charge it. The headset is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods and it fits perfectly. I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It comes with a bluetooth adapter, but I was able to easily connect it directly to my computer's bluetooth without the adapter. Set up was very easy, and I was using it in minutes. It also comes with a very convenient charging stand, which makes storage and charging very easy. I've tried a number of headsets (some of which were much more expensive), and I can say this one is the best I've tried in terms of sound quality, stability of the connection, comfort, and ease of use. If you want a professional sounding headset that his trouble free, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I use this for the endless Zoom meetings I have to be on. My current computer does not have bluetooth capability, so I had to have a headset that could connect via a USB dongle. The ear-piece is a little heavy, and the tension bar across my head is a little tight (or my head is a little too big), but the sound is good, and people can hear me clearly through the mic. I like having just one ear-piece and no wires to connect to my computer. Two issues that would be additionally nice would be to have the mute button on the outside of the mic stalk, versus inside and above the mic (listeners can hear you fumbling about trying to locate the button as you run your hand over the mic to get to the button). Other item is the charging station. Sometimes the headset disconnects from the charger because of the center of gravity of the headset when you put it in the cradle. The ear-piece foam is soft (which you want , so if the balance isn't just right, the headset will slightly slump to one side and disconnect from the two charging prongs at the bottom of the cradle as the charger relies on the foam being more rigid, which you don't want on your ear for an hour at a time. Solution would be to move the contact points in the ear-piece outward 3/8" onto the beveled edge to create a new center of balance so the headphone sits better on the charging prongs.

I have been using the headset for five days now and my experience so far has been truly excellent. My laptop Bluetooth didn't connect with any of my headsets so I bought this headset that has it's own bluetooth adapter. This headset always connects and it is great that it connects to any computer no matter what the O.S. is. Just move the dongle from Windows 10 to windows 11, and the headset connects to the dongle, no need to repair. Also, paired with my phone and it works like a charm. The sound is clear and canceled the noise out perfectly! It is built robust, but light and comfortable to wear. The battery life seems good. I highly recommend this headset. It sits very comfortably on the ear for all day The battery life is great, and the charging station is a plus for extra charging. You can connect the USB charging cable directly to the headset if you are not at home and do not have the charging station. Compared to other wireless headset I have, the sound quality is better, and the noise cancellation is super. Highly recommend.

This is a near perfect, well-designed headset for use in online meetings and for truckers or anyone who needs to keep connected with their cell phone or computer. I like the charger/storage base which is solid and dense which to me is a good sign of quality construction. The single headset can be used on either ear. Active noise cancellation works very well. In a test Zoom meeting, my dogs were barking in the background but they were completely inaudible on the meeting. The adjustable microphone has the mute/unmute button located exactly where it is most needed. All other functions are controlled by large buttons on the earpiece case, and the voice notification lets you know exactly what each one is doing. Voice notifications of headset status is an excellent feature which makes it so easy to keep track of when one's mike is muted or open. Sound quality is of great importance to me. Even though my hearing is normal, I find conversing on telephones difficult and if the sound quality is not perfect I can have trouble communicating. However, with this unit, the sound in both directions cannot be criticized. For me it is as if I am in the same room with the person I am talking to and it makes conversing a pleasure rather than a chore. The only suggestion I would make is that a storage slot in the charger base for the USB dongle would be a nice feature and help keep the dongle safe when the headset is being stored or transported. It is almost a certainty that it will eventually be lost otherwise. Still, this unit gets five stars from me for all the good features. I doubt it can be equalled at any price.

I wanted to write an honest review and after owning these headset for a few months now they are really good. I bought so many $100 headset thinking they would be better but I was wrong. These headset are soft on the ear and don’t hurt my head after wearing them for several hours. Love the mute button is located in a convenient place. I can quickly mute myself when needing too. Battery last for a good while, I’ve used it for 8+ hour shifts. I only wish the connectivity would be a longer range then it is. Also as far as the noise cancellation, I haven’t had anyone complain of background noise (I live near a busy street where you can hear cars driving by and the Neighborhood dogs barking). Overall I would recommend these headset. Update- (6/9/23) had to give a it 3 Star now. (Still think they are great headsets, maybe I got some Malfunctioning one, so don’t want to discredit them completely but did want to share my experience with owning them) I wanted to give a honest update and after owning it for about 2 months, I have notice there is a problem with the connection. I use the USB to connect it to my laptop vs connecting with Bluetooth. Throughout the day of work the headset will say “Your headset is disconnected, pairing” and I have waiting for it to pair but it never does. I have to turn off the headset and turn it back on. This happens several times throughout the day. I have reached out to the sellers for help but have yet get a response on this issue.

I've used these with my Android phone at my trcuk and it works great with both. The volume is more than enough to hear callers over my screaming toddler and barking dogs, and better, the person I'm talking to cannot hear my toddler nor dogs!. The range is great, I once was on a call and walked outside my house, not realizing I left my phone inside, the call remained clear the entire time. It's really good product and I highly recommend for any truck drivers because it's extremely comfortable.

I buy this for my wife. It's very nice and light my wife she loves it because don't have any wires attached to it that's why. The look and quality is very good and sound quality excellent. I will do video soon for this product. Thank you very much 🙏.

I purchased these for my brother who drives a truck that does not have a Bluetooth connection and has to rely on a IPods connect to his phone. He loved how comfortable it felt wearing them and because it was only using one ear it was aware of the traffic around him. Connecting to his iPhone was easily done and the charged lasted more than day. He highly recommended it.
