She loves hers & her windows look great! I have two 5' x 10' bay windows & every time I cleaned them with paper towels & cleaner, they streak! Ugh. Effort wasted! This is the way to do them! With minimal effort they do an awesome job....except the 1st time using them today the glue/attachment gave way with the bit of pressure I was using to squeegee the windows. The head twisting & not holding tight is not going to work. It gives too much.
