When a product is not right when it arrives, my test of the seller has always been how much he/she jumped into the issue and corrected it. Satefellow did immediately. I own two of these, and once you conquer the challenge it will be much easier next time. Patience is really a great virtue however, and will be necessary until you learn how to balance the globe. The globe should spin counter clockwise. If it does not, use both hands and give it a gentle spin. Overall its a really great product.
