They're above and beyond. If you have issues, contact them. As for the product... The paint comes off easily. Chipped almost immediately after washing and it continued so it had to be scraped off to bare metal so as to not eat paint. The utensils seem to be good quality. They are not flimsy. The container that holds that utensils is nice and hasn't lost its shape or color and they're used a few times a week for work lunches for many months now.
