Keeps visor from fogging up
Keeps visor clear in cool weather. Very happy with it.

out of stock for the 'zilla place, in stock at Amazon. I started riding daily again, and in the morning I wanted to use my pinlock visor (clear). I realized it was way past its prime (scratches) and needed to be replaced. When riding daily, once a year (same for photo-chromic visor) is a good time to replace the visors. Especially if you ride at night to avoid glare.

I can see clearly now…
I was riding without the stock shield on my Bell SRT because it was always fogged up. So glad I finally ordered the pin lock shield!

Not as easy as I thought it would be! (Bought for Bell STAR w/ Mips)
So first off, it works great. I can ride in chill weather without leaving my visor cracked now! Only gripe is the pinlock insert was much more difficult to install than I would have imagined. Very tight and I messed with the adjustment screws and fiddled with it for some time. Eventually got it to seal but there are small air pockets (not in my field of view) close to the pin lock tabs that weren't there when the shield was off the helmet, but installing it to the helmet pulls the ends close together and changes the arch. Not sure if it will settle a little better later. Like break in something. Overall its great. Visor fog is annoying.
