Suggestion: When you remove the tray from the refrigerator, wait a minute or two for the suppositories to loosen. Then quickly push out a few (they should just drop out) before they get too soft. Put everything back in the fridge. Using cacao butter works great.

**Q: What is the best way to clean these?**

**Q: So....is it rubber? What is it made of?**
A: It is not rubber it is a synthetic substance called Dynaflex. It is latex and BPA free.

**Q: having trouble getting them out of the mold without breaking. any suggestions? i dipped the mold in hot water, it helped but still get breakage.**
A: It can depend on what you are using as a base. We spray them with PAM cooking spray before we fill them. Then let them chill in the fridge for five to ten minutes. Then just push up from the bottom on the flat spot. Don’t squeeze from the sides, because that will cause them to break.

**Q: I need to store suppositories in the freezer.  Can the entire unit be frozen?**
A: Yes it can. In fact we recommend that you store them in the regrigerator or the freezer.

This is very helpful when making suppositories but it is kind of hard to get them out.

This review is merely personal and subjective. This product is likely suitable for others interested. But am disappointed because the size is much smaller than thought it would be. Also rubber is hard and seems difficult to remove the product. It came in a nice box, and the mold itself looked respectable, of good quality rubber, etc.
