These are great for cable exercises that require using both hands on the handle, such as "wood chop". The width is not enough to allow both hands side by side, but the are still much more comfortable than smaller plastic or metal handles. The grip portion of the handle also rotates which makes most exercises more comfortable, and edges of the handle are smooth and don't dig into your wrist. I should have gotten these years ago!

Love these handles. I replaced old but usable handles on a Total Gym. I like the feel of these better. Well worth the reasonable price. The handles are slightly larger diameter than what I had, but not too large. They rotate freely as you pull on the handles. Also padded, but firm, not too soft. I almost bought a pair with the web strap handles, but picked these. They do weigh slighty more and the hollow handles with web straps.

These D-handles are killer in the best way possible. I felt like a kid on Christmas when they arrived. After trying them out both at the gym and at home, I was honestly blown away by the quality. They’re comfortable, durable, and have a nice solid weight to them that makes every pull feel legit. The design is sleek, and they feel great in the hands, no slipping, no cheap plastic feel. Definitely got my money’s worth. If you’re on the fence for any reason, just get them. You won’t regret it.

Bought this product to replace the original handles from my total gym. The price was quite reasonable, looks nice and larger size handle compared to using a strap type of handle. Nice that the handle rotates fully.Update: I've been using these handles for over two years now, once a week. The handles are still like new and work great. Quite pleased. I'm thinking about ordering another set for my home gym cable arms. Great product at a super price. Update Jan/2026: Bought a second set for my home gym cable arms. Quite please with the price and quality. Just like the first set. Highly recommend!

+ Die Verarbeitung macht einen überraschend wertigen Eindruck. + Grundsolide Konstruktion der Bügel (Metall, ummantelt mit mattem Kunststoff). + Breiter 14cm Griffbereich, drehbar gelagert (keinerlei Geräuschentwicklung oder Stellen, an denen etwas reiben würde). + Wertige Gummiummantelung des Griffes. Für verbesserte Ergonomie verdickter mittlerer Griffbereich inkl. eingeprägter Textur. +/- Dicke des Griffes (3.8 cm im mittleren Bereich) könnte für Leute mit kleineren Händen etwas zu viel sein. Ansonsten sehr gute Dicke nicht nur für Zug-, sondern auch für Druckbewegungen. Noch keine längerfristigen Erfahrungswerte, bisher jedoch klare Kaufempfehlung.

Stabil und langlebig. Besser als die billigen mit Band, welches ständig scheuert und unhandlich ist. Bei diesen hier ist das nicht der Fall.
