The instructions recommend that the product is sprayed into dry hair. I have had MUCH better results spraying this into wet hair and then blow-drying into the required style. I then finish the product with either American Crew Boost Powder (for a truly matte finish/‘no visible produc’ look) or American Crew Fiber (for a dull shine/texturised look). The latter seems to work better on Day 2 hair which hasn’t been washed the same day. This product is certainly worth the money if you have medium to longer length hair and are willing to spend a little longer blow-drying your style into place. If you’re looking for something for shorter hair which creates good results without the need to blow dry, I would not recommend this product.
