The product and the service is just beautiful
I bought the product because the reviews were very good and after getting the product I could see why. The products were indeed really good. But unfortunately, the comb broke 2-3 weeks later. And since the amazon return period was over I couldn't return it. After about a month after the purchase date, Rubab Men contacted me via amazon seller messages to get feedback on the products. I shared with them my situation and they immediately escalated the situation and ordered a new comb for me. I got to know that the founder of Rubab men, Ashwin, apparently personally resolves all the customer queries.And within about a week I got a new comb, not one but 2. I honestly never expected such a good product lineup and service from them. This is indeed a rarity.I'm very happy with the purchase.Would 100/10 recommend.
