Review: Perfect & adorable! - Looove these for making gummies! I use the King of Random's gummy recipe and they work perfectly. Easy to clean, easy to fill - especially if you have a large syringe or condiment bottle!
Review: Perfect!!!! - I love expanding my mind with friends responsibly and this is such a nice treat ^_^ I found the mold to work perfectly (used a plate to keep the chocolate level when curing) and I am beyond happy with the turnout. Wrapped it in some Ghirardelli gold foil that came with the bars. Tip: when using the Ghirardelli 70% cacao you only need between 6 to 6.5 squares to fit the mold with around 4g herbs (ground into fine powder that is not tracable in the texture of the chocolate). If you stir the chocolate off heat once melted the powder will dissolve into the chocolate and then they look like they do in my photo. It's a good idea to let the chocolate cool alittle before putting into the freezer so the color and texture is smooth. Google tempering chocolate for proper tequnique that makes the choclate shiny and beautiful. I didn't follow it 100% and mine turned out perfect (I am no chocolatier).

I decided to make all home made candy for my grandkids this Easter. So that I could control the sugar intake. Even though I have never tried this before. So after going over a few recipes.
