Received product installed at cabin used one and it doesn’t work. Trying to reach seller but can’t get it to submit

Hola, compré las bocinas para un proyecto pero no las instalé hasta hace unas semanas, me gustaron mucho, pero despues ya no funcionaron y notamos que la luz que indica la señal de bluethooth no enciende, ya no puedo devolverlo porque ya pasó el tiempo de la devolución, leí la garantía que es de un año, pero no dice a donde hay que enviarlo, ni si hay que devolver elpaquete completo (lo tengo porque no casi lo acabo de instalar) o cómo hay que enviarlo. Les agradecería me dieran esa información para poner a funcionar mis bocinas.Y les informo del soporte de la marca cuando lo tenga. Saludos

The sound quality of these Herdio 5.25-inch wall/ceiling speakers really amazed me! Setting up Bluetooth connectivity is very simple. It was very easy for those of us with a technical background and basic wiring knowledge to connect the wires and get the system operating. I have included a photo of my small dining area, where you can see the speakers next to my projector. Pro's: Outstanding Audio Quality Very loud for a 12 x 12 Room The hardware and overall system are of great quality Simple setup Con's: Paper Instructions lack, But there are a few more detailed instructional videos on YouTube.

Je les ai acheté pour mon entreprise et le son ridiculement de très mauvaise qualité!! Le son de mon cellulaire est meilleur !!

I was a little leery at first, not much in the way of instructions, but after looking at it, was pretty simple. Install went great, love the locking tabs and definitely use the template. Sound was surprisingly awesome. Great bang for the buck!
