I have to say after a week of taking them, they really seem to work. I’ve only been taking a half dose a night instead of a full dose and I feel that my mind is more clear, I’m able to fall asleep and if I do get up in the middle of the night, I’m able to fall back to sleep. The first few nights I was mistakingly taking the half dose at about 6 o’clock and by 8 o’clock, I could barely keep my eyes open. I then read that the supplement should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. It’s a very small sample size but it feels like it’s working like it should and I’m able to sleep a lot better than I have been. I don’t feel groggy in the morning as well.
