This grill is such. This is a very solid unit. I have had my Weber Genesis grill up to about 600 F degrees with no warping at all due to the solid bracing. Last but not least is the grease trap. I seasoned the griddle in the oven the same way I do with cast iron. Light coat of grape seed oil or any high temp oil at 500 degrees for 1 hour, 3 times. First time use was better than a nonstick pan.
