Dampens room acoustics very well *by D***S on July 15, 2025* After some months of use ... this thing rocks.I had a foam pop filter on the blue Yeti in the past. This goes a step well beyond. Yes, it still eliminates any pops AND it greatly dampens my room harmonics. It sounds a LOT better on recordings since I haven't hung a lot of expensive foam on the walls. Should probably also do some ceiling treatment as well. Other than that, this is amazing...but both of those things are actually by design...so, I can't be mad about either of these. If I had a circular cardoid microphone, it would fill the entire enclosure. I have an AT2035, and there is quite some space left in the enclosure.I like how it has the attached pop-filter and the isolation is surprisingly great. It may be large but it works very well.
