Slow unhelpful responses. Looks like this unit is going back to Amazon. I really wanted to like this product. I did a lot of research before making my purchase. I understand that defective units can happen but when customer support is this bad I can’t support that type of company or their products. ———- This setup quickly and worked perfectly. This morning I went to check that the schedule had run the it was totally unresponsive. I’ve removed and changed batteries and I can’t get it to do anything.
