Lower sodium
great stuff. impossible to find at markets.

I am very happy with the lower salt baking powder.
I had to go on a very low salt diet. I cannot find enough salt free, bakery items to buy in the grocery stores. I am having to cook most of my foods from scratch at home. This low-salt baking powder will open up a lot more baked goods recipes that I now will be able to bake.
