It’s a huge turn off for their company to release a product but not have it available. At the very least they need to let people know what’s going on or an expected date.. **Q: Can you unlock the device with an android NFC device?** A: Yep **Q: Does it come with a physical key? Or if not how do you make it work with your key?** A: Come with one physical key **Q: Can the lock be re-keyed to use existing keys?** A: Yes, at least according to my research and the associate at a local big box store.
