That morning I had a cup of Caffeine Free tea. At the hospital, the Dr. asked me if I had any Caffeine. I said "No". I said what I had. He told me that we had to reschedule the test, because even if a product says "No Caffeine", there is still enough in it. That's the only answer I can give. Maybe someone else can do better, but If the beverage says, "Medium Caffeine", there probably isn't a whole lot, but I would check with your physician if you are on a strict 'Caffeine Free' regime.
