I put these in a sound mixer to try to save the ports on the mixer so I'm not plugging and unplugging plugs into the mixer. If they were maybe 0.5 inch longer it would be better. I saved myself a few dollars, they are the best price. And the quality is otherwise perfect. No problems at all for about a year and a half. Works fine for media listening. For phone calls, I find I cannot answer a call correctly on my iPhone 6 using the button on my headset (Koss PortaProX). I get a repeating odd tone instead of the caller's voice. Works correctly on my Android phone. I had bought similar products before but they all stopped working within 2-3 months with some lasting as little as 2-3 weeks. I bought theses with the hopes that the would fit into my phone case and hopefully last longer than the previous adapters. They seem to last a bit longer, but I got the three pack & it has been four months and I now need a new set, as of right now only 1 of the 3 pack is functional with this one being used relatively lightly for my car aux cable. Longevity with this products seems to definitely depend on how much you use it and how carefully it is handled. If you carry your earbuds with adapter connected while traveling or wrapped around phone, then each adapter is only going to last 1-1.5 months.
