Great efficient coffee maker. Love the timer feature. Love the reusable coffee basket, no paper filters required. Coffee stays warm for a long time in the thermal pot. Amazing that you can put it on any surface after brewing. Highly recommend

It’s great! Easy to use but I hit the pot on the edge of my sink and cracked it so had to order another pot but Kenmore doesn’t have a replacement pot at all not even on their site. I did order a pot that fortunately works with this machine but maybe since your Kenmore make replacement pots. Thank you. It’s a pretty machine.

The size is great. There are some things that are less than optimal. Most annoying to me are the very LOUD beeps that signal everything: the coffee pot is on BEEP! The coffee pot is brewing BEEP! The coffee is ready BEEP, BEEP, BEEP! There is no way to silence it. Imagine if some people are earlier risers…once you start making coffee, EVERYONE must be up! BEEP!!! I’d also prefer not to keep the coffee pot CLOCK on all the time, just to display the time which my stove and microwave already do. Because it too will BEEP as soon as you plug the pot in. I’ve yet to try the special 1-4 cup setting, or the programmable or auto-on settings. All I really wanted was a simple coffee pot that was NOT black plastic! (It is gray, so checked that box.) If I could disable the clock and silence the beeping, I’d be happy. It’s pretty expensive to be this annoying.

For the price this coffee maker makes great coffee. It doesn't leak and has an alarm to tell you its working and when its shutting off. We've had expensive coffee makers and this one makes just as good of coffee. We grind our beans to make sure were getting pure coffee.

DO NOT BUY!!!! After 3 months it stopped working. Should be under warranty and Koolatron/Kenmore customer service refused to speak to me until I provided proof of purchase. I emailed proof of purchase and got no response and I cannot even get a representative on the phone. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIVLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I deeply regret this purchase.

Makes great coffee. Easy to use.

I like the coffee, and the fact that it uses a water filter and is programmable. It's also pretty quiet except for the very loud, high pitched 5 beeps at the end. I could really do without that!

Quality product, great auto turn on, ready when l get up. Keeps hot for two hours, l turned off and on again after 1hr 45mins to keep constantly hot. I use paper filters think the coffee tastes stronger than the net filter 🤪

Very good machine, keeps coffee hot for 2 hours. It is a fast operation and it keeps when it is ready. Would highly recommend for the price.
