These are so simple to use, no fighting with button or turning to.inlock or open. Simple lever and pours nicely. I also like that it is wider and shorter vs the taller ones. The design makes it easier to clean and more stable vs taller designs. Definitely would recommend to purchase.

I received a brand new item. The tamper evident sticker is a nice added touch. I ordered a carafe from another company through Amazon, and the carafe was used, filthy dirty, and had mold on the inside of it. Cressimo made my day with this new one. Also, the 2l size is what I need. This carafe keeps hot liquids hot for my day which can be as long as 10 hours. I prep my carafe with hot tap water while waiting for my coffee to brew or waiting for my water to boil (for tea or hot cocoa). No leaks when pouring. Easy to clean. Easy to pour. Thank you for a quality product at an affordable price.
