They do seem to reduce eye strain. As reading glasses, they are perfect. The magnification is spot on and the lenses are not distorted (a problem with others I've tried).They have a very slight yellow tint to them (that should be the blue-blocker). You do not see the tint looking AT the glasses from afar.In the product description, the size of the lense was given, but not the size of the frame. Mine are about 14 cm, outside edge to outside edge... (about 5 3/8 inches across the front).
