Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 512GB, Silver - Unlocked (Renewed)

I’m writing this review a bit late as i got the phone around the time 17 of February after purchasing on the 7th. Initially I was scared reading the mixed reviews everyone was getting, my parents previously had bad experiences with buying electronics on amazon and not being able to return them. I also live a caribbean country so returning this would have been so much more costly than to keep it if anything was wrong with it. I even contacted the seller to let them know my concern (to which they answered, God bless electronics deals❤️) Buttt! the phone came in amazing quality! the battery health is at 100% as shown in the picture, the touch responsiveness is about as smooth as a new iphone and the exterior of the phone is in good condition. a few scratches on stainless steel sides of the phone but nothing too serious, also 2 scratches on the screen but barely noticeable from 12ft away or using a screen protector, it doesn’t affect the screen quality so everything’s fine there. The camera works beautifully no faulty there, the speaker, silencer button everything working great! I’m even writing this review using the phone right now🥰 The phone however, came in a white small phone looking like box, covered in bubble wrap. Not sure if i was lucky or if they do this to all the phones but, mine came with a case and screen protector already on! I later swapped them out for a different phone case and privacy screen protector. The charger however was 3rd party (lighting cable to type A) luckily i bought a new one prior and one of my friends gave me an authentic apple charger (the phone now charges to 100% within 45 mins) To sum it up, I definitely recommend! the worst case is that your battery health is below 90% or you can be lucky to get 100% battery health like me! either way you be saving a ton of money (an iphone 13 pro usually goes for about 1500-1650 EC in my country however, i bought this phone at the time for 950 EC, definitely a steal.) thank you so much electronic deals, super happy. The Iphone 13 pro is in excellent condition, the battery is below the 80% life as described in the description. I plan to buy more phones from this seller.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. I’ve tested every single feature and everything works perfectly. • Battery & Signal: The most impressive part is that the battery health is at 100%! Also, the 5G connectivity is excellent and very fast. • Condition: The screen is flawless, and the entire body has absolutely no scratches. It looks brand new. • Carrier: It came fully unlocked, so I had no issues setting it up with my SIM card immediately. • Packaging: Note that it arrived in a generic box, but it was very well-protected and arrived safely.

I purchased a "excellent" renewed phone. The battery health was 83%. There was very little cosmetic damage. However, there was a scratch on the screen which was very disappointing. I contacted customer service and they offered to refund the price down to what the "acceptable" condition phones were being sold at. When I questioned this, they offered an additional small refund. I accepted the refund because I'm not able to wait for another phone to ship. Overall, not what I wanted but acceptable.

This was my first purchase of a "premium renewed" smartphone. The Amazon description says "Tested for battery health and guaranteed to come with a battery that exceeds 90% of original capacity." On the iPhone Pro 13 I received, the battery was 90 percent — it didn't "exceed" that number. Ultimately I returned this phone for two reasons: First the pictures look over-sharpened in some instances and almost like a painting in others. Having come from a much older phone that did not over-process the images, I was shocked to see that the HDR was so aggressive. I thought I had nowhere to go but up after such a long time between upgrades, only to learn this has apparently been a trend in iPhone cameras in recent years. The only way I was going to obtain the menu option to turn off HDR was to drop back to an 11 or 12, so I bought the 12 Pro instead, which unlike this phone — which took a week to arrive — shipped in one day. I am happier with the fact that the Pro 12 is lighter weight and slimmer, with a better sense of balance thanks to the fact that the camera bumps are smaller. The iPhone Pro 13 features the older emergency SOS function but it is only as good as one's cell tower connectivity, whereas the 14 and newer also have SOS and roadside assistance functionality via satellite. Based on where I live (mountains, bad cell coverage) I was torn between this purchase and the iPhone 14 Pro series, especially after I realized that a third party seller here on Amazon was offering a "excellent condition" renewed model for what I paid for this older model. Having said this, the iPhone Pro 14 has had reports of overheating and/or lackluster battery performance compared to the iPhone 13 Pro. I also like the fact that the iPhone 13 Pro does NOT have the "always on" screen common to newer Pro models. Another notable difference is that the iPhone 13 Pro (and earlier) have a physical SIM tray whereas the newer 15 Pros are eSIMs. Finally, the iPhone Pro 13 and earlier uses a lightening cord vs. USB-C on current-generation iPhones. (I'm not interested in using a different charging cord/setup than my spouse, especially while traveling.) The Verdict I very much appreciate the excellent cosmetic appearance — there were no scratches or gouges to be found anywhere on the phone I received — but keeping the Pro 13 was not an option. In a video I took of a flock of birds flying just after the sun set behind a hillside, I could make out a round dust spot visible against the cloudless, pale gold sky — dead center in the bottom of the frame (landscape mode). Honestly, I probably never would have seen it in broad daylight because the HDR takes the blue sky and darkens it down so much the dust spot would have been masked — but the light I was shooting against at dusk was just a tad bit paler than the dust spot, allowing me to appreciate that the lenses were not in the perfect shape they initially appeared. Upon further inspection, using a flashlight, I noted some kind of residue *behind* two out of the three lenses. (Supposedly these lenses are sealed but per the reviews here mine is not the first report of dust spots in photos.) Overall, I don't feel like I received the "premium renewed" experience, in part because the shipping was slow (nearly four days before Amazon assigned tracking) and battery health was less than expected (others here reported at or near 100%!). Ultimately, I returned the Pro 13 and bought an iPhone Pro 12 from another seller. Not only did I pay less and end up with a slimmer, lightweight phone that feels better in the hand, but I actually like the camera quality better because it is among a very small number of iPhones where it is actually possible to turn off the HDR.

I bought this about 2 years ago. This was my first Amazon Renewed device and I was nervous about purchasing it. As it turned out, I had no need to worry, I received exactly what was advertised and the phone was in perfect condition, cosmetically. The battery being at about 85 percent, but that was within the range. I’ve since purchased 2 more iPhones from the Amazon renewed program, if that tells you how good my experience was. Highly recommend.

Needed more storage on iPhone so I went from a 64gb 12 to a 256gb iPhone 13 Pro. I was almost gonna buy the 14 pro. But I have seen reviews that the 13 Pro was almost the same thing. On arrival the phone does have scratches on the front screen no worries on that I can replace the screen in due time. The sides and back no damage at all. A bit pricey for the age it has but well worth it. The only thing I will change out soon is the battery. Even though it says 100% battery health. It’s an aftermarket battery and the iPhone’s parts and service won’t let me dismiss/fix the alert that it’s not the original battery. I managed to get the phone service somehow (e-sim) I thought I could use a physical SIM card on it but I couldn’t. I will go to Verizon and ask them if I can put a physical SIM card. Good quality on the phone. Has a good feel and grip. Compatibility is perfect. No complaints with my purchase at all. Maybe others might not have the same luck but you have to take a chance a bit.

Bought on December 15, 2025 and it’s currently 5/7/2026. Phone has worked out great but the only issue is that the camera loses focus easily. Quality is fine but if I zoom in even a little or get slightly closer to whatever I’m taking a picture from (even if I’m many feet away), the camera automatically blurs as if I’m too close. Will have to take it to a shop get that fixed. Besides that, the phone itself looks great with very minimal edge scrapes. Highly recommend purchasing.

Happy so far. About 4 months with the phone. Battery is still at 100%. Arrived like new cosmetically.

Increíble, el teléfono llegó como nuevo, batería al 100%, estética de 100% bien empacado Y CON CARGADOR ORIGINAL (cubo y cable). Ya llevo dos meses con él y hasta ahora todo increíble. Tenía miedo de que llegara con la eSim pero llegó con la opción de Sim física. Para TELCEL funciona muy bien. ESTOY ENAMORADA!!! Buen precio, recomiendo mil veces pagar un poco más por algo que te llegará con batería al 100. Definitivamente volveré a comprar en Renewed Premium cuando quiera cambiar de modelo.

This is amazing! I bought it for my brother, looks brand new to me, just a very little scrape on at the back but overall, functioning and looks near. It also comes with a charger and the sim tool, and was packaged in a fair packaging. Battery health is 87% but it’s okay, as long as it’s 80 and above. 😇 I didn’t remove the screen and case protector to check if there were hidden scratches but i used flashlight and it seems fair to me so I’m all good. Hopefully it lives long!

It arrived with scratches on the glass and the back of the body.

Compre el telefono en abril 2025, lego en excelente estado, bateria 85%, la pantalla esta nueva, sin rayones, estética 1000/ 10, la verdad super buen producto, llevo un año con el y sigue funcionando igual que cuando lo compré. Lo recomiendo . Viene en caja, con su llave, el cargador, parece nuevo. Me gustó que ahora voy a comprar otro para regalar
