They arrived in plenty of time to repair the robot. The build was not complicated but it took some finesse with holding parts and bolts/nuts. We have yet to figure out the programming. The instructions were very easy to follow and do a good job of explaining what should go where. I did have an issue with the servo motors but when I contacted customer service, they responded super quickly and were very helpful. They wound up sending me 4 new motors in the matter of a couple of days which resolved my issue.
