I like how these tablets are easy to take.You don't need water and they're also easy for children to take because there's no terrible medicine flavor the tablets just have almost no flavor at all.And if you use the pellets like these, they are slightly sweet, like candy.Otherwise, all in all these are very easy to take.And we like to carry them in our backpacks or purse.Just to have on hand because they don't take up much space but can make a difference in helping get over symptoms or possibly prevent getting a cold at all if you take it at first sign. I think these also help your cold to be more manageable, if it doesn't go away completely, and perhaps even have a shorter duration, which seems to be the case for us.
