Just received the product, the box for the headphones itself seems to have some residue on it which can't be removed (as far as I know) indicating it might be older stock. Ordered the Red Cloud II but received the Gun Metal ones, still just as comfy and has all the extras. The mic is detachable but the cable running from the headphones aren't (again, as far as I know). The sound card works great and adds that extra bit of length that I need to connect it to the back of my PC. Overall can't get much better than these, for the price these are hands down some of the best pieces of kit available. 10/10 Would buy again ggez

A: I highly recommend against using this product. Upon installing its software,  you must agree to its "Terms and Conditions" which states that it collects basically all the information pertaining to how you use your device. It then goes on to say that your information is safe, but that they sell it to their partners, I cannot be held liable if their Partners do not keep your information safe.
