Then I tried numerous pairs of AA batteries as the motor just wouldn’t spin fast. I bought brand new ones and although it spins now, stick it too deep into the milk and it just cuts out. That’s with brand new Duracell batteries. I watched the video for technique and have copied it numerous times as it says (with one difference - I’m warming the milk slightly first) It makes a small amount of foam on the top of the milk. But when you pour the milk in to the mug, all the normal milk under the foam pours in first. By the time the top lightly foamy bit pours in, it’s reduced to nothing much. There’s zero chance of any Latte art here! What I serve up every time is a white coffee that looks much like it would if I just poured straight milk in. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?? I saw one reviewer say that it only works with cold milk. I haven’t tried that. But I wanted warmed milk for the increased sweetness. Honestly, baffled, by paying for what’s essentially an expensive stick. Not happy at all.

**Q: Could this be used for matcha?**
A: Given the usually small amount of matcha tea made at a time and its low viscosity the speed and power of a Nanofoamer is probably too much. A traditional bamboo whisk is the better bet; gentle and more control. On the other hand, buy a Nanofoamer for your milk foaming for which it is designed then you could experiment with the matcha.

**Q: What is the rpm**
A: Fully charged and measured fully submerged, the Lithium spins at 4K RPM on high speed and 3k on the low-speed mode. The V2 spins at about 3k RPM when fully charged.

**Q: Would thia be suitable for emulsifying cocktails instead of a dry shake?**
A: Absolutely! In fact, we recently made a video making an espresso martini like that.

**Q: It wasn’t clear that a 5V USB-C charger is not included and I need to buy one. I’m not sure exactly what I need - can anyone help?**
A: Sure, the product comes with a USB-C to USB-C short cable, so you can use any USB charger that you have, it could be a phone charger, a multi-device charger, or anything. The device will only draw 5V, so it is safe to use with any model.

If you have USB-A chargers (with the wider USB plug), you will then need your own USB-A to USB-C cable, or an adapter.

The best hand foamer I have ever had. Works great and creats foam in no time at all. Fairly easy to clean. One issue I had was didn't seem too great until I put quality batteries into it, now it it fantastic.

I must be doing something wrong! I’ve tried to persevere and learn and tried many different approaches and I still can’t get the sort of microfoam I bought it for.
