My favourite pads! These are always my go to or the same with the wingless ones but the Always Level 1 pads have always been perfect! I’ve never had any leaks and i’ve been using these for more than 10 years! They are also really comfortable compared to any other pad i’ve tried! It’s really the best pads!

This was my first time trying this product, and I have mixed feelings, but overall, for the price, it’s a good value if you have specific needs.Here is a detailed breakdown of my experience with these regular ultra-thin pads:Absorption & Protection:I have a light to moderate menstrual flow, and for me, these pads perform well. I can comfortably use them both during the day and for sleeping at night without experiencing any leaks or staining on my underwear. The absorption seems quite capable for this flow level. However, I should caution that if you have a heavy flow, these might not be sufficient, and you would definitely need a thicker, higher-capacity option.Profile & Thickness:One of the best features is the thin profile. As advertised, they are ultra-thin. I was pleased with how discreet they are—about 1-2 cm thick in their packaging, not bulky at all. They are comfortable to wear in terms of not feeling like you are wearing a bulky pad.Adhesive Performance:This is another major plus. The adhesive is excellent. I've tried these on both cotton and lace underwear, and the adhesive creates a very strong, secure bond. It stays put where you place it. Just as importantly, it removes cleanly and easily without ripping and leaving bits of the pad or sticky residue attached to the fabric, which can be a problem with cheaper products.Scent & Sensation:It's unclear if these are fragranced. I didn't notice any scent upon opening the wrapper. Personally, I don't have a problem with scented products and didn't experience any irritation. However, the top surface (the part that makes contact with skin) is not the softest or most delicate I've encountered. If you have sensitive skin, this surface might be a concern.Breathability & Long-Wear Comfort:This is where I’ve deducted a star. Breathability is not a strong suit of this pad. I did experience some dampness and feelings of stuffiness. Changing the pad frequently helps alleviate this. It's particularly noticeable at night, and I found them slightly uncomfortable to sleep in. I recommend pairing them with looser-fitting cotton underwear at night to maximize what little airflow there is.Overall Impression (4/5 Stars):In summary, I am rating these pads at 4 stars.
