Review: Love this water pump - I have had this almost2 years now and love it. We go through quite a bit of water and this has saved me from dealing with a water filter pitcher. I use it on 3gallon jugs as I cannot handle 5 gallon jugs. I put a thick rubber band around the top of the jug, as the pump does not fit snugly and it would turn while dispensing not fun to come back to, which fixed that. I forget to charge it sometimes and it wont work but I can plug it in and use it right away. I like that it has automatic shutoff as I can walk away and not worry that it will be everywhere when I come back I just hit it twice to fill my pitcher for the fridge. When this one does die knock on wood I will absolutely buy another one.

**Q: Can I use it while it is plugged in?**
A: Yes you can but I recommend keeping the pin plugged in the pump forever use the USBside of cable to plug and unplug , chargining pin is old version c type will wear off easily.

**Q: What is the diameter of the hose? I need tk replace mine.**
A: 1/4 of an inch

**Q: Just got it today, plugged it in & it quick chaging after 10 minutes. Wont hold a charge.**
A: Mine held up a little while but played out. Send it back

**Q: Would it fit 2 inch neck?**
A: Suitable for 2.16 in neck. 2 in neck may be a little loose. If it is loose on bottle, please get a cap and put on, then it will not loose.
