I haven't tried the HDMI or SD card slots yet. It would be helpful if there were a third USB as I have two external drives, one for backups and the other for storage, and I may want to charge my phone while working. The included cord is helpful since I have a case on my computer, so it cannot connect directly.Update as of 5/22/18: one USB port may be malfunctioning as it’s not regularly recognizing the second external drive.
