This simply does not work. At all. Not even a little bit. The ceramic plates do grind against each other but that’s about it. There is no possible way to get the beans down h to the plates to be ground. There is a black three pronged interior insert but it doesn’t actually turn which means it does not move the beans into the grinding area. I spent twenty minutes playing with this before giving up and ended up with half a teaspoon of grounds.
