It's packaged in the top of the box in a little bag with instructions. **Q: Is the pen non toxic?** A: I would assume it is. **Q: Can you use another dry erase marker on this? Both of mine didn't come with markers and it's a gift. So just want to make sure any work.** A: Mine did not come with a marker either, that's what I have been using.
