This thing has saved my ass many times, I cannot thank this thing enough. Must have computer product! Although. My only concern with it is that I don't really like how sometimes it can get hot? I mean I'm unsure how or WHY it can get hot, but that's probably because its transferring data.

The SD card adapter was delivered quickly and worked well. Only problem I had was with the product description. The title made it sound like each device had two slots, but the product description was not clear. Hard to tell if one device had two slots, one for an SD and one for a MicroSD card, or if I had to buy two that had one slot each. Managed to find a picture that showed the two slots in the side, so I only needed to buy one.

Bought this because my old card reader decided to stop working, and I wanted a simple way to transfer data from micro SD cards without needing to use the adapter. This has a slot for the tiny micro sd cards, but it does stick out a little bit. It's totally fine, just might mess with anyone that has an OCD or something lol. There's no spring retention thankfully, just press the card in. One less thing to break. The card reader doesn't get hot even after transferring and deleting gigs of data. It stays cool, and fast. There wasn't much of a slow down when testing with my Sandisk 400gb micro sd card. It could look a little better, it's got kind of a sharp, angular design, but it's fine. I'm personally a bigger fan of smaller card readers, and this one is a little big for my taste (especially the large "slide" style opening), but if it works, it works. Plus, it's inexpensive, so it's not a big deal. A very good, simple & effective SD & micro SD card reader.
