The customer service was excellent. I mistakenly sent my test in without the not Result Notification Form and didn't realize it until almost 2 weeks later. When I was looking for the number to call to see what happened to my results, I found the paper with the packet. I called the number and left a message. They promptly called me back. I explained what happened. They were very understanding and said no problem. They emailed me a form to fill out and I sent it back. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to fill the form out and sending back. When they received my first attempt, they called and said they could fill it out with me over the phone. But I had already sent the form back the correct way. They could use that. 3 days later I got my results. It would have been extremely easy and quick, if I hadn't overlook the notification paper. Overall very pleased. Review: A must for proving kinship - This was quick and accurate. I thought a 23 year old that notified me was my granddaughter because she looked so much like my other granddaughters. I purchased this test and it was so easy to use swabbing the inner cheeks rather than trying to spit in a cup. Simple form to fill out. Received the results within a week and sure enough it is confirmed at 99.99%.
