Or would you need tools to bend it?** A: You can bend them by hand but of course if you need to cut them you need tools..I bought them thinking no could cut them in half...but that didn’t work lol I didn’t have a cutter. **Q: Can these be used for antibacterial purposes?** A: No **Q: Can I cut and bend these to make tiny shelves for tiny coffee cups?** A: I would think so. They are thick enough to be sturdy. You'll need pliers or a brake to bend them.
