Another thing that wasn't mentioned in the instructions that made it easier to install was that I slight pushed down on the lever as I pushed in the box which allowed the box to 'pop' in. Pretty happy with the lever for now. I do remember reading that the levers were not as durable as the button when I was deciding which one to buy though...Guess I will see how long they last. The stem on mine broke, having been used for many years. I did not install these toilet "insides", so when I look in the tank, they've always made me feel so confused. Would give it 10 stars if I could! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This saved the swap out. *by J***N on March 30, 2013* Bought a dual flush kit from Costco that came with the split button. The housing of the buttons sat out too far that the lid of the seat rested on the button as opposed onto the tank lid. Decided to order one of these handles to see if it fixes the problem. The pivot point of this handle tapers down and therefore clears the 2 lids now. Very happy with the clearance, but plastic construction leaves a little to be desired. BE SURE TO CHECK THAT THE CONTROL BOX THIS CONNECTS TO ON YOUR CURRENT KIT HAS THE GREEN CONNECTOR. BLUE CONNECTOR ONLY IS NOT COMPATIBLE!! I'm not sure why folks mark it less stars for this fact.
