Unfortunately the battery failed after 30 minutes or so and wouldn't accept a new charge. The company was fabulous and I was able to return it by UPS pickup the next day. Shortly after UPS picked up the package I got a message saying that my refund had already gone through!Five Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ### ⭐⭐⭐ Charge does not hold then charge cord broke *by A***B on September 14, 2018* Was great initially, but the charge quickly died (was not using for long periods either) and so could only be used when plugged in. The charger adapter is very odd. It is a pin that fits into a small opening in the middle of the device and remains perpindicular to the device. The pin is so small and fragile that unfortunately it has no broken off and is no longer useable. Really disappointing. It was not treated roughly and still did not hold up.
