Game changer for my booty gains! I’ve been able to strap on 25lbs on each side and get some quality hip thrusts in while working out from home. Throw in some pulses at the end and wooooo you won’t be able to sit without being sore 😆 the padding on the hips helps so it’s not painful or uncomfortable.
