Will need to refinish it again soon, but it only takes less than an hour to do - and will last for longer than a year if handled with care. Simple to mix? Check. Simple to use? Check. Low odor? Check. It says to use 2-3 coats, with at least 2 hours between coats. I used three coats. I chose to wait 48 hours before using the shower, but you don't have to. It looks good and seems durable.
