Best headphones I’ve ever had. Regret giving them away.
I originally had these a couple years ago and made the mistake of getting rid of them for “better” headphones. That turned out to be a terrible decision because everything I used after either broke quickly or just didn’t sound as good. After going through multiple headsets, I realized these were easily the most reliable and well-rounded. They also look really clean and simple, not bulky or ugly like a lot of other gaming headsets. I definitely regret giving them away, and I won’t be doing that again. The sound quality is really strong, especially for the price. They get very loud, and the bass hits hard without sounding messy. Even at lower volumes, they block out most outside noise, which makes them great for gaming or focusing. Everything sounds clear, whether it’s music, games, or voice chat. They’re also super lightweight and comfortable, so you can wear them for long sessions without any discomfort. The microphone is honestly one of the best parts. It sounds clear and doesn’t have that muffled or cheap quality a lot of budget headsets have. The flip-to-mute feature is really convenient and easy to use. They’re also surprisingly durable and hold up well over time, which is something I didn’t appreciate until I used worse headsets. Overall, these are one of the best budget headsets you can get. Easy 10/10.

Better then expected!
Replaced a Razer headset with this after my kids....used....my Razer one. This item worked better then expected. Microphone didn't clip, it fits very well on my head and is comfortable. Audio is clear and the lows are deep. Would for sure buy this again.

Actually fits my large head. Good sound and volume. Decent build.
I have a large head (huge brain) and it is so difficult to find headsets. Here we go one more time I took a chance on a new one. And the Stinger 2 just barely fits comfortably at full extension and feels like my ears are fully inside the cups. As a matter of fact if I push down on the well-cushioned top headband I can get them to drop down to where it's almost perfect, so maybe after using them for a while it will be great. Ideally I could still use one more click of adjustment instead of being at the absolute maximum, but I am surprised that I found a headset that fits at all. It's not perfect, I found myself kind of messing with it a lot and adjusting it the last time I had it on, but still it's pretty good compared to headsets that I know will never fit the second I try them on. Maybe at the very bottom of the ear I feel like I wish it was a few millimeters lower on me, the pad is on my earlobe instead of surrounding it. The clamping force is perfectly comfortable. These are nearing a "forgot I'm wearing them" sort of feeling. My other concern was overall volume, I am kind of a crazy person who sometimes wears earplugs to block out neighborhood noise and then on top of it I still want to wear headphones and be able to hear something I am watching. I have a pair of Sennheiser headphones with plenty of volume, I was concerned if these Stingers could do the same thing, but they are indeed loud enough. Make sure you check the volume dial, at first I thought they were a touch too quiet, but out of the box I still had a little more that I could turn the dial up on the earcup. Tried some bass boosted music, I hear some decent punchy bass. I haven't tried the mic yet but I don't usually talk to anyone anyway. It would be nice if the mic could be removed, but it folds out of the way and stays up to where I don't notice it. I expected I might put these on and notice an immediate drop in sound quality from a Sennheiser headphone, but without sitting here and really trying to analyze it and find fault, these sound fine. Definitely not the experience where you put a budget headset on and notice tinny audio quality right away. These sound fine or even pretty good. Doesn't bother me at all to switch to these from 58x headphones. The overall build is plastic and light yet somehow there is a sensation of quality. I think it comes from the ear pads, and the smooth swivel that you feel on the ear cups. There's a satisfying creamy glide you can feel when you turn the earcups versus just being some cheap loose feeling joint. And the earcups feel really plush, as well as the top cushion like I mentioned. The plastic build is the type where I wouldn't want to put these through a hard fall or maybe they will break eventually from normal use, but it seems ok so far. Sure, a version of this made all out of metal would be pretty great, but cost more. The overall look is great, I hate bulky headsets where the arms stand too far out from the head and make you look goofy. These look great, nothing "gamer" looking either. Nice little accent lines on the outer earcup. Branding is subtle. The sale price I got them at helps me like them, I am not sure about full price. I am tempted to get a second set in the white version just because it's a decent sounding headset that actually fits me. A lot of times I'll see a "good for large heads" review and an item still won't fit me. I must be pretty high up there in the range of head sizes, and this one fits. Honestly I had this set at 5 stars the entire time I wrote the review and then I remembered that the cord doesn't detach at the earcup end. The cord is often the thing that will fail over time with a wiring break somewhere inside and making it that you can't just plug in another cord is the most "planned obsolescence" thing you can do with your product to make it that the whole thing will need to be replaced. This product would be off the charts positive if I could say that you can replace the cord on these too. Just one more thing that they aren't going to give you at this budget I guess. I would recommend these easily to anyone who needs a quick headset purchase especially if large size is a concern.

lightweight and comfortable.
I've been really happy with this headset. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear for a few hours, and the sound quality is surprisingly good for the price. The DTS spatial audio helps make games feel more immersive, and the microphone is clear enough for chatting with teammates. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the build feels a little plasticky. It works great, but it doesn't feel as premium as more expensive headsets. i wanted something corded and this has been working great.

Great headset for the blind!
Note: I am plugging this headset into the HyperX Amp USB Sound Card (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GW1SHSN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1). This replaces the original Cloud Stinger I purchased back in April 2020, which came bundled with the above sound card accessory, so that was the only way I ever used the original headset. However, the right earpad finally gave around the very edge of the rim of the earcup so the pad would no longer stay securely in place. It didn't appear it would be that easy to replace one or both earpads, so I replaced with this updated (2) model of the Cloud Stinger. Two things I mmediately like about this headset are the volume wheel and the more standard "wire" arm microphone. The original Cloud Stinger headset had a volume slider I was almost constantly accidentally moving, and the microphone arm, while flexible to a degree, did not behave like the more traditional "wire" style which offers more flexibility in positioning the microphone. In terms of sound quality, plugged into the same above sound card as the original, I can't really hear any difference, which is good. I was satisfied with the original sound. Perhaps replacement earpads would have been cheaper, but for gaining a volume wheel and the more flexible "wire" microphone arm, this purchase was worth not having to deal with the hassle of trying to get new earpads anchored. Short of buying new earpads direct from HyperX, I wouldn't trust I was getting equivalent replacements anyway. Overall, probably as cheap and easier to just buy a new headset than replacing earpads. I will conclude by mentioning that as a totally blind computer user, I wear this headset on average about 10 hours every day for use with my screen reader, and the comfort of this thing is INSANE! I have been told the microphone sound quality is great during Zoom calls, so this would probably be a great buy for anyone doing lots of calls. I bought for comfort and the fact it folds so can fit in a bag if I need to take with me out and about. The microphone muting and unmuting simply by swinging it up out of the way (mute) or down (unmuted) is a nice touch. A bit more difficult with this "wire" arm, but not impossible if one simply grabs the plastic part of the arm where it joins the headset. Probably overall better than grabbing the arm itself anyway; just tried it and can flip it up and down with one finger without issues. I can't report on the DTS:X since I don't use it for that sort of enhanced audio as would exist in gaming.

Amazon Used is better than New
Updated review. The return was processed within a few minutes of dropping off the return. 5 stars for Amazon returns team. Amazon's part. I ordered the "new" set of these and the order remained un-shipped until the arrival date came and went. Amazon never shipped them. I ended up canceling the order. Zero stars for that. Ordered a "used like new" from Amazon returns. That arrived literally the next morning. Again 5 stars for Amazon Returns. The used like new still had the sticky protective tape all over the shiny bits. The box was open but it didn't even appear to have ever been out of the box. Amazon Returns 5 stars. Replacement which is "Used" sounds great. No more buzzing bees. Lightweight. The ear pieces actually fit my head but just barely. The sound quality is excellent and I'm not using their add-on software. Just the built in windows "Spacial headphones" feature. Original Review: Returned and reordered. Sounds like a swarm of angry bees trying to escape into your ear canal.

Alright headset - Really poor mic quality
SALE PRICE ISN'T A SALE: I bought these for $42.99 a few weeks ago. They inflated the price to $49.99 for Prime day, and are saying its on sale for $36.99 for 26% off. Save yourself the money and don't buy them. I bought these to replace my AMAZING Sades A7 7.1 Surround Sound USB Gaming Headset that lasted me 5+ years and for my Twitch Stream. These are ALRIGHT. The sound quality in the headset is good. The weight is good, and doesn't give me a headache or ear ache (which I am prone too). Its a BIT annoying how directional the sound becomes in these on FPS games, but good in other regards. The app it comes with isn't really special either. However the Mic on this is terrible. Its tin sounding, muffled and awful quality, even with adjusting the sound in OBS, playing with EQ and filters. The Mic on my Sades was SO clean, crisp, you couldn't tell it was a headset mic. This one however, just doesn't cut it. Plus the flip up to mute only works SOMETIMES and with some games/applications (sometimes on Discord, and doesn't work on OBS). People can hear and understand me just fine. ALSO this isn't USB so keep that in mind. Requires both headphone and mic jack. Its a shame because I love HyperX (Love my keyboard and mouse) and I took a chance on this headset for my Twitch, only to be really let down. I may try one of their stand alone mics as I've heard good things about those. (Send me one HyperX?) Its not worth returning due to the hassle of that alone probably costing more than they were. I'll keep them and use them for non stream things, or maybe gift them to someone who doesn't stream once I can get a replacement. Sound Quality - B+ Mic C-

Very good quality for how affordable they are
Excellent value for the price. The HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Core Lightweight PC Gaming Headphones offer very good quality for how affordable they are. The sound is clear with solid bass, and with a bit of equalizer tuning you can easily adjust them to your personal preference. They’re lightweight and comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the build quality feels better than expected at this price point. Setup is simple and they work great. Overall, a great budget-friendly option with sound you can fine-tune exactly how you like.

Solid Headset That Delivers – Even After a Year of Abuse
I’ve been using this gaming headset for over a year now, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. Right out of the box, it felt well built—sturdy without being too bulky, and comfortable enough for long sessions. The sound quality is great for the price, with clear audio and solid bass that really enhances gameplay and music alike. What’s really stood out to me, though, is how durable this thing is. I’ve dropped it more times than I’d like to admit, and it’s still holding strong with no issues. At this price point, I expected to replace it by now, but it just keeps going. If you're looking for a reliable, well-priced headset that can take a beating and still deliver quality sound, this one’s a winner.

Gaming, Music, Design, Mic, Cable Review
W product ngl, I bought it on Sale and its fire, For gaming its an ABSOLUTE W, but your music you need an equalizer, the directional audio/ stereo separation is good. The Design is very stylish, and the mic is crystal clear. But one thing is i felt very said about, its the cable, the length is fine but the quality is very decent. It should have been braided in this price point. Anyways very good product.....

Molto soddisfatto.
Vantaggi e Svantaggi (secondo me) I miei "Sì": Comfort e leggerezza: Posso indossarle per ore senza affaticamento.
