It has not disappointed so far. Received it a day late, but that's not the end of the world. Plug-and-Play, really easy to install (just follow the instructions, turn off the power, and look at the wiring from the old switch). It's a good fit, and so far it works as it should, having solved the buzzing and flickering that I had with the old one (which was clearly broken, I now know). It's built well (at least first impression) and the dimmable function works very well. Fits perfectly in the old assembly. Overall, a good choice.
