Ford spec WSS-M2C200-D2 says this fluid has a viscosity index of 177, and has specific flow data for 40c and 100c of 32.9cSt and 6.9 cSt respectively. You might cross reference that information with aftermarket fluids. 
Most reputable oils have that information in the MDS.

It worked and no issues. A little expensive but this is required for any work being done on the transmission system.
